How and when will my purchases be delivered?
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail signed for services on all orders to UK mainland addresses.
Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail services and exclude Public/Bank Holidays and Sundays. International shipment times will vary depending on your local postal service. All overseas items are sent either using International Airsure, or International Signed for services operated by Royal Mail.

(please note that if a signature cannot be obtained at the point of delivery the item will be taken to your local sorting office and you will need to collect the item in person within 7 days of the attempted delivery. If the item is not collected within this time it will be retuned to us. We are unable to resend the item until we are in receipt of the returned package, additional postage costs will apply).
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes. We deliver to the following countries outside of the UK: Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus,

How much will delivery cost?
The charge for delivery to UK and the Channel Islands are:
Orders under £75: £5.95 – Royal Mail Signed For (within 2-3 working days)*
Orders of £75 and over will receive FREE delivery.
Any deliveries to offshore or remote areas may take longer than 2-3 working days.
Charges for delivery to the EU and other countries:
£12.95 – EU, delivered by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For.
Our delivery methods mean that your purchase is delivered by a secure method that requires a signature and is insured against
losses in transit.
How will my order be packaged and do you offer a Gift Service?
All Precious Sentiments pieces will come packaged in a gift box and tied with fabric ribbon. We are happy to handwrite a gift message for you and send directly to a gift recipient. There is no extra charge for this.
Which cards do you accept?
We take payment via Paypal and can accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards.
What is your returns policy?
We will guarantee you a full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase on any item, as long as it is in its original packaging and condition. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons or engraved items made to your specification or custom made items. Please see our T&C’s page for full details.
How do I return goods?
We are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless the following information is included with your return.

Please make sure you send any returns via a ‘Signed For’ service and retain your proof of postage for your own peace of mind.

We extend our policy for the Christmas period knowing many items will be given as gifts, so should you wish to return or exchange any Christmas gifts, we will accept returns received before 12th January 2013. Please note personalised or made to order jewellery is not returnable.
How long might a refund take?
Upon receipt of such items we will action a refund via Paypal. Paypal will then inform you that the refund has been made. Depending on the credit card/debit card used for the transaction the refund will take between 1-7 days. The card or Paypal account used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges (exceptions may apply, please see T&C’s page for full details).
What is Precious Sentiments Jewellery made from?
We only use exceptionally high quality materials in our designs. For our precious metals ranges We work with both 92.5% sterling silver and beautiful 99.9% fine silver. Some of our jewellery components are silver or gold plated. If you see gems in our designs they will be genuine semi-precious gemstones. We also use high quality glass crystals in some designs. Our product descriptions will always state what you are getting in that particular piece. Which ever piece you choose be assured that you will be getting a unique, handcrafted, quality item.
Please be aware that there may be natural variations in the colour or size of our semi-precious stones, and due to the handcrafted aspect
of all our items some of the components we use can vary slightly.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Many factors can influence the wear and tear of jewellery. All silver products can be liable to tarnish over time for many reasons. Therefore you should make sure that your jewellery is properly cleaned, repaired and stored. Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimise these effects. Ideally, store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch and try to keep pieces apart, so that they don’t rub together or tangle up. Avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, chlorine, cosmetics and body creams. Wearing silver jewellery whilst exercising can cause silver to tarnish quicker from contact with perspiration.
Our leather, silk and cotton collections must be treated carefully, please do not get them wet – this will age them before their time.
Clean silver jewellery with a silver cloth and make sure that silver is stored away from excessive light and air as this can tarnish jewellery. We recommend storing unworn jewellery in an airtight, dark, cool and dry place.
